These guys are like FLASH. Diana is an honest one... Referred us to a plumber who worked on the extras. They also have a variety of options available. Nelson educated me with the advantages of using SVC tiles. According to him, It has been available for the past few years and its quality is very outstanding, ideal for commercial grade... We felt we got a good deal with them. As a real estate broker and as an advisor to my investors based outside the USA, I will be seeking out their help with their expertise and efficiency in doing the floors for my future investors. Agustino’s team initially made a few mistakes, but they rectified it immediately. Dianas availability with communicating these issues on the fly denies us the stress of worrying what to do next ( since I am not a handyman ).  Not to mention the 25 year warranty on the materials, and 2 year warranty on their work only symbolize their confidence with their workers, the  materials, and their after sales service. There are 2 more paragraphs on how to describe their business, but I have to go now and enjoy stepping on these new floors. I would rate Nelson and his team 20 stars if I could. Very professional, extremely fast and efficient, warranties his product and the labor, and affordable.
